Kronos uses The Foundry's advanced motion estimation technology to track pixel movement and build in-between frames in a sequence. Our research and development in conjuction with leading universities has concentrated on reducing the edge tearing common with other retimers. Kronos can also be used to speed up a sequence using the vectors to apply motion blur.

Steadiness removes camera shake from hand-held shots. You do not have to set tracking points, you just apply Steadiness and the wobble is removed. This saves a lot of time in those shots where good tracking points are hard to find or move continually off-screen.
