| Tinder 2.1 is a set of image processing tools and effects plug-ins for Shake compositors. LensBlur is a superb rack defocus with chromatic aberration and is much faster than Shake's Defocus for large blurs. LensFlare generates realistic and highly customisable lens flares. Distorto warps an image using a matte. Fractal generates organic animating patterns. MatteTool provides a suite of tools to manipulate mattes smoothly with subpixel precision. Median is a subpixel accurate NxN median filter. NightSky renders the brightest 9000 stars visible from Earth. Rays generates light rays from a matte. Starburst adds sparkles to highlights. Caustics simulates the light patterns seen at the bottom of swimming pools and Glass simulates the warping of images through mattes as though looking through a layer of distorting glass. | |
| All plug-ins support processing with floating point precision. Tinder is available on Shake 3.50 and 4.00 on Mac OS X and Linux. Tinder 2.1 is licensed using FLEXlm. | |
