Filters and Controls


The NTSC-to-24p and De-interlacing filters offer both a field-blended and a motion-adaptive de-interlacing approach that deliver great artifact-free video. Included in the filters are letterboxing and line offset controls to easily create mattes and adjust the image inside the letterbox area.

Fast Quality Conversion


Spend less time rendering. We created two new conversion algorithms: field blending for speed, and a new motion-adaptive algorithm that uses edge line adaptive de-interlacing to intelligently smooth the edges of moving areas in the final frame. Both of these approaches render much faster than previous versions. Speed and quality — what more could you ask for?

Any Host


Get true 24p conversion in every host editor from interlaced material (including NTSC, PAL, and HD interlaced formats) in Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Apple Motion. The new filters supports greater than 8-bit per channel processing in all hosts. The new package will include Intel Mac support for updated applications.

Our tests have shown that our products perform best when used with the system configurations listed below. Although many of our products will run on older or less-powerful systems, those listed below are the minimum system requirements which we support.

Host Applications

Magic Bullet Frames runs in a variety of host applications. Each purchase and serial number allows the owner to use the product on more than one host application but only on a single computer at any one time. Except where noted, the features are the same in all systems and host applications.
